Noxvya provides information allowing users to request the review or takedown of problematic content, especially in case of doubt about consent, legal age, publishing rights, identity or the legality of the content.
A takedown request does not automatically mean that content will be deleted, but it may trigger a review, a temporary measure or a moderation decision depending on the elements provided and the severity of the situation.
When can a takedown be requested?
Content published without consent or without authorization from the visible people.
Content involving or suggesting the presence of a minor.
Impersonation, fake profile or unauthorized use of a person’s image.
Stolen, pirated content, content taken from another platform or distributed without rights.
Infringement of copyright, privacy, image rights or the rights of a third party.
Violent, dangerous, illegal content or content contrary to Noxvya rules.
Report or takedown request
Reporting is used to alert Noxvya about content, a profile or a situation that may be non-compliant. A takedown request more specifically asks for content to be reviewed so it can be removed, hidden or handled if the elements justify it.
In both cases, the information sent must be as precise as possible in order to allow serious and fast handling.
Possible handling
After receiving a request, Noxvya may review the content, request clarification, temporarily limit visibility, remove the content or apply a measure to the account concerned depending on the available elements.
Abusive, fraudulent or clearly unfounded requests may also be analyzed in order to preserve the integrity of the platform and creators.
