Noxvya is a platform reserved for adults. Published content must respect the applicable rules on legal age, consent, publishing rights, safety and compliance.

Authorized content
Content may be published only when it respects the platform rules and the creator has the rights, authorizations and elements necessary for its distribution.
Content published by creators who are adults and authorized to use the platform.
Content for which the creator has the necessary rights for publication.
Content involving only adults who are consenting.
Content compliant with Noxvya rules, the rights of visible people and applicable obligations.
Descriptions, titles, images and associated elements consistent with the published content.
Prohibited content
The content below is prohibited on Noxvya. This list is not exhaustive: any illegal, unauthorized content or content contrary to the platform safety rules may be refused, hidden or removed.
Content involving, representing or suggesting the presence of a minor.
Content published without consent or without authorization from the visible people.
Stolen, pirated content, content taken from another platform or distributed without rights.
Impersonation, fake profile or unauthorized use of a person’s image.
Infringement of copyright, privacy, image rights or the rights of a third party.
Violent, dangerous, illegal, misleading content or content contrary to Noxvya safety rules.
Content that does not allow sufficient verification of legal age, consent or publishing rights.
Creator responsibilities
Creators remain responsible for the content they submit or publish on Noxvya. They must ensure that each piece of content respects the platform rules, the rights of visible people, legal age, consent and publishing rights.
Verify that all visible people are adults.
Obtain the necessary authorizations before any publication.
Publish only content for which they hold the rights or authorizations.
Respect moderation, takedown or suspension decisions.
Respond to requests for additional information when Noxvya asks for it.
Moderation and control
Noxvya may review content before or after publication. Moderation aims to reduce risks, but it does not constitute an absolute guarantee. Reports, internal checks and takedown requests remain important.
Place content in pending status or under analysis.
Request a correction or additional information.
Temporarily limit the visibility of content while it is being reviewed.
Refuse, hide, remove or delete non-compliant content.
Limit, suspend or review an account in case of rule violation.
Reporting and takedown
Any content that may involve a minor, lack of consent, impersonation, infringement of rights or unauthorized publication must be reported. Noxvya may review the content, limit its visibility, request clarification, remove it or apply a measure to the account concerned according to the available elements.
