Reporting & safety

Content reporting

Users can report content, a profile or a situation that appears contrary to Noxvya rules, a person’s rights, consent, legal age or applicable obligations.

Reports allow the platform to review already published content, limit certain risks and take appropriate moderation measures when necessary.

What can be reported?

Suspicion of a minor or content suggesting the presence of a minor.

Content published without consent or without authorization from the visible people.

Impersonation, fake profile or unauthorized use of a person’s image.

Stolen, pirated content, content taken from another platform or distributed without rights.

Infringement of copyright, privacy, image rights or the rights of a third party.

Violent, dangerous, misleading, illegal content or content contrary to Noxvya rules.

How to report?

When a report button is available on a video page, profile or piece of content, it should be used first in order to send the report directly to moderation.

If the button is not available or if the situation requires a more detailed explanation, it is possible to contact support with the information useful for review.

Possible handling

When a report is received, Noxvya may review the content, request additional information, temporarily limit visibility, remove the content or take a measure on the account concerned depending on severity and available elements.

A report does not automatically mean that content will be deleted, but it may trigger a review and a moderation decision.

Possible steps after a report

Report received

The report is sent to the platform with the available information.

Content review

The reported content, profile or situation may be reviewed by administration.

Possible temporary measure

Depending on the severity of the report, the visibility of the content may be limited during review.

Moderation decision

The content may be kept, corrected, hidden, removed or lead to action on the account concerned.

Sensitive situations

Reports related to suspected minor involvement, lack of consent, unauthorized distribution, impersonation, serious rights infringement or potentially illegal content must be sent with as much precision as possible.

Depending on the available elements, the platform may limit the visibility of the content concerned during review and apply an appropriate moderation measure.
