All content published on Noxvya must be consensual, authorized and compliant with the platform rules. Consent is an essential condition for the publication, distribution and possible monetization of content.
Any person visible in content must be an adult and must have given their agreement. Content published without consent, without rights, with impersonation or in violation of a personās rights is prohibited.
Consent principles
Consent must cover the published content, the visible people, distribution rights and the intended use on the platform. In case of doubt, Noxvya may request additional information or limit the visibility of content while it is being reviewed.
Any content published on Noxvya must be legal, authorized and consensual.
Any person visible in content must be an adult.
Any visible person must have given their agreement for the recording, distribution and use of the content.
The creator must have the necessary rights to publish the content.
Content published without authorization, without rights or without consent is prohibited.
Noxvya may review, hide or remove content in case of doubt or reporting.
Creator obligations
Creators remain responsible for the content they publish or submit to Noxvya. They must ensure that content respects legal age, consent, image rights, copyright, privacy and the platform rules.
Be an adult and use an account compliant with Noxvya rules.
Publish only content for which the necessary authorizations exist.
Make sure that all visible people are adults and consenting.
Respect image rights, copyright, privacy and third-party rights.
Do not publish stolen, impersonated, pirated content or content taken from another platform without rights.
Respond to additional verification requests when Noxvya asks for them.
Verification and supporting documents
Noxvya may request additional information when content, a profile or a report raises doubt about consent, identity, legal age, image rights or publishing rights.
Being a verified creator does not constitute an absolute guarantee and does not exempt anyone from permanently respecting consent, legal age and rights rules.

Temporarily limit the visibility of content while it is being reviewed.
Refuse, hide or remove problematic content.
Review a creator account again in case of a serious report.
Apply a moderation or suspension measure depending on severity.
Prohibited content
Non-consensual, unauthorized content or content infringing a personās rights is prohibited. This list is not exhaustive: any content contrary to Noxvya rules or applicable obligations may be refused, hidden or removed.
Content published without the consent of a visible person.
Content involving or suggesting the presence of a minor.
Content distributed without publishing rights or without sufficient authorization.
Impersonation or unauthorized use of a personās image.
Stolen, pirated, copied or redistributed content without authorization.
Content infringing privacy, image rights or the rights of a third party.
Reporting and takedown
Any person who believes that content was published without consent, without authorization, with impersonation or in violation of their rights may request a review. A request does not automatically mean that content will be deleted, but it may trigger verification and a moderation decision.
