Creator rules
Noxvya creators must respect the platform rules, the rights of visible people, and the applicable legal age, consent, publishing and safety obligations.
These rules govern creator verification, content publication, monetization, moderation and the measures that may be taken in case of non-compliance.
Creator verification
Before fully accessing creator functions, a user may have to complete a verification process. This verification aims to confirm identity, legal age and the ability to publish compliant content.
The creator must be of legal age and provide accurate information.
The creator profile may be subject to verification before public publication.
Noxvya may request additional information or supporting documents.
A creator account may be reviewed again in case of doubt, reporting or non-compliance with the rules.
Verified creator status does not give the right to publish prohibited or non-compliant content.
Publishing rules
Creators remain responsible for the content they publish or submit to Noxvya. Each piece of content must respect the rules on legal age, consent, image rights, copyright and compliance.
Publish only legal, authorized content that complies with Noxvya rules.
Make sure that all visible people are adults and consenting.
Have the necessary rights to publish the videos, images, texts and associated elements.
Do not publish stolen, impersonated, pirated content or content taken from another platform without rights.
Do not publish content involving or suggesting the presence of a minor.
Respect moderation, takedown or suspension decisions.
Monetization
Noxvya may offer several creator-centered monetization features. Their availability may depend on account status, profile compliance, content validation and payment provider activation.
Creators may prepare free, Premium, VIP or subscriber-only content according to the available features.
Features may include video purchases, packs, creator subscriptions, temporary passes, tips, goals, paid messages and custom requests.
Real payments are available only when the payment providers and necessary validations are activated.
Displayed revenue must correspond to payments confirmed and validated by the system.
Payout requests may be subject to verification, administrative checks or compliance validation.
Noxvya may block or suspend monetization in case of fraud, serious reporting or violation of the rules.
Prohibited actions
The behaviors below are prohibited. This list is not exhaustive: any abusive, fraudulent, illegal use or use contrary to Noxvya rules may result in a moderation measure.
Create a fake profile or impersonate another person.
Publish non-consensual or unauthorized content.
Bypass payment, access or moderation rules.
Mislead users with false titles, descriptions, images or promises.
Harass, threaten or exploit a person through the platform.
Use Noxvya to distribute illegal content or content contrary to safety rules.
Moderation and sanctions
In case of non-compliance with the rules, Noxvya may review the account, profile or content concerned and take an appropriate measure. A moderation decision may depend on severity, context, reports received and available elements.
Request for correction or additional information.
Temporary visibility limitation.
Refusal or removal of content.
Temporary or permanent suspension of the creator account.
Blocking of certain publishing or monetization features.
Retention of a history of moderation decisions and administrative actions.
