If you believe that content published on Noxvya infringes your copyright, image rights, consent, identity or rights, you may send a review or takedown request.
A takedown request does not automatically mean that content will be deleted. However, it may trigger a review, a temporary measure or a moderation decision depending on the elements provided and the severity of the situation.
When can a request be sent?
Copyright infringement or unauthorized reuse of content.
Stolen, pirated, copied content or content taken from another platform without authorization.
Unauthorized use of a person’s image, name or identity.
Content published without consent or without authorization from the visible people.
Content involving or suggesting the presence of a minor.
Content contrary to Noxvya publishing, safety or compliance rules.

To facilitate the review, the request must be as precise as possible. An incomplete request may require additional information.
Your full name or business name.
Your contact email address.
The exact link to the video, profile or page concerned.
The description of the content concerned.
The precise reason for your request.
Elements making it possible to understand your rights or your connection to the content.
A statement indicating that the information sent is accurate.
An electronic signature or a mention making it possible to identify the author of the request.

Requests may be sent to Noxvya support with the links concerned, the reason for the request and the elements making it possible to understand the rights invoked.
For sensitive cases related to consent, image rights, impersonation or suspected minor involvement, indicate as clearly as possible the elements allowing priority handling.

Possible steps after receipt
Receipt
The request is received by Noxvya with the information provided.
Review
The content, links sent and supporting elements may be reviewed.
Temporary measure
Depending on the severity of the case, the visibility of the content may be limited during review.
Decision
The content may be kept, hidden, removed or lead to action on the account concerned.
Protection of people
Requests related to lack of consent, impersonation, a person appearing to be a minor, unauthorized intimate distribution or serious infringement of a person’s rights must be sent with as much precision as possible.
Depending on the available elements, Noxvya may limit the visibility of the content concerned during review and take an appropriate moderation measure.
Abusive or fraudulent requests
Abusive, fraudulent, inaccurate or clearly unfounded requests may be analyzed in order to preserve the integrity of the platform, creators and the people concerned.
Noxvya may request additional information when the elements sent do not make it possible to properly evaluate the request.
