Consent and rights

Any content published on Noxvya must be legal, authorized, compliant with the platform rules and distributed by a person who has the necessary rights.

Any person visible in content must be an adult and must have given their agreement for the recording, distribution and use of the content concerned. Content published without rights, without authorization or without consent is prohibited.

Essential principles

Any published content must be legal, authorized and compliant with Noxvya rules.

People visible in content must be adults and consenting.

The creator must have the necessary rights to publish the content.

Stolen, impersonated, unauthorized content or content published without consent is prohibited.

Reported content may be reviewed, hidden or removed during verification.

Accounts that violate the rules may be limited, suspended or deleted depending on severity.

Creator responsibility

Creators must publish only content they are authorized to distribute. They must be able to justify, if necessary, that visible people are adults, consenting and that the rights necessary for publication are respected.

Creator verification, content rules and moderation decisions help reduce the risks of unauthorized, non-compliant or problematic content.

Reporting and review

If content is reported for lack of consent, impersonation, infringement of rights, suspected minor involvement or unauthorized distribution, Noxvya may review the content and take appropriate measures: hiding, removal, request for information, account limitation or suspension.

Examples of prohibited content

Content published without authorization from the people concerned.

Content involving or suggesting the presence of a minor.

Content impersonating another person.

Content stolen, pirated or taken from another platform without distribution rights.

Content infringing copyright, image rights or the privacy of a third party.

Request a review or takedown
