Creators must be adults and provide accurate information.
Creators remain responsible for the content they publish or submit.
Creators must have the necessary rights and authorizations for each piece of content.
Published content must comply with legal age, consent, image rights and copyright requirements.
Noxvya may request additional information or supporting documents in case of doubt.
Prohibited content
The content below is prohibited. This list is not exhaustive: any illegal, unauthorized, non-consensual content or content contrary to Noxvya rules may be refused, hidden or removed.
Content involving or suggesting the presence of a minor.
Content published without consent or without authorization from visible people.
Stolen, pirated, impersonated content or content taken from another platform without rights.
Impersonation, fake profiles or unauthorized use of a person’s image.
Infringement of copyright, privacy, image rights or the rights of a third party.
Illegal, dangerous, misleading content or content contrary to Noxvya safety rules.
Payments and paid access
Certain Noxvya features may be paid depending on their nature, availability, account status and applicable technical or provider validations.
Certain features may be free or paid depending on their type.
Paid features may include video purchases, packs, creator subscriptions, temporary passes, tips, goals, paid messages or custom requests.
Real payments are available only when the required payment providers and validations are activated.
Paid access must be confirmed by the payment system or applicable payment webhook.
A payment return page alone is not sufficient to unlock content if the payment has not been confirmed.
Revenue, balances or payouts may be subject to verification, compliance checks and administrative validation.
Moderation and suspension
Noxvya may review content, profiles, reports, transactions or behavior that presents a risk of non-compliance, abuse, fraud or violation of the rules.
Place content in pending status or under analysis.
Request a correction or additional information.
Temporarily limit the visibility of content.
Refuse, hide, remove or delete content.
Restrict, suspend or delete a user or creator account.
Keep a history of reports, moderation decisions and administrative actions.
Reporting and takedown
Any user may report content, a profile or a situation that appears non-compliant. A report or takedown request does not automatically mean that content will be removed, but it may trigger a review and moderation decision based on the available information.
Evolution of services and rules
Noxvya may modify, suspend or evolve certain features, rules, verification procedures, payment systems or moderation tools in order to adapt the platform to its development, technical constraints, providers and applicable obligations.
Continued use of the platform requires compliance with the rules in force at the time the service is used.
