Content moderation
Content submitted to Noxvya may be reviewed before or after publication in order to verify its compliance with the platform rules, the rights of visible people, consent, legal age and applicable obligations.
Moderation helps reduce risks, but it does not constitute an absolute guarantee. Reports, internal checks and takedown requests remain essential to maintain a safer and more professional adult platform.
General operation
Content submitted by creators may be placed in pending status before publication.
Content may be reviewed automatically, manually or after a report.
Moderation may approve, refuse, hide, remove or request a correction.
Already published content may be reviewed again if a report or doubt appears.
The accounts concerned may be limited, suspended or reviewed again depending on severity.
Moderation decisions aim to protect users, creators, visible people and the platform.
Possible content statuses
Pending
The content has been submitted and is awaiting handling or verification.
Under analysis
The content is being reviewed technically, manually or administratively.
Approved
The content respects the applicable rules and may be displayed publicly.
Needs review
The content requires a correction, clarification or additional verification.
Rejected
The content does not respect the publishing rules or presents a risk of non-compliance.
Deleted or removed
The content is no longer publicly visible, especially after a moderation decision or takedown request.
Review before publication
Content may be placed in pending status, analyzed or verified before public display. The platform may request a correction, clarification or additional elements when the content does not sufficiently confirm its compliance.
Content may be refused if it appears contrary to the rules, if it presents a risk related to consent, legal age, publishing rights or platform safety.
Review after reporting
Published content may be reviewed again following a user report, takedown request, internal check or serious doubt. During this review, the visibility of the content may be limited or suspended.
Depending on the result of the review, Noxvya may keep the content, request a modification, remove the content or take a measure on the account concerned.
Content that may be refused or removed
Content involving or suggesting the presence of a minor.
Content published without consent or without authorization from the visible people.
Stolen, impersonated, pirated content or content distributed without publishing rights.
Content infringing copyright, image rights or the privacy of a third party.
Misleading or incomplete content, or content that does not allow sufficient verification.
Content contrary to Noxvya safety, compliance or publishing rules.
Report problematic content
If content seems non-consensual, unauthorized, contrary to a person’s rights, linked to suspected minor involvement or incompatible with Noxvya rules, it must be reported so it can be reviewed by the platform.
