Verified creators
Noxvya prioritizes verified creators in order to build a safer, more professional adult platform that better complies with applicable rules.
Creator verification aims in particular to confirm identity, legal age and the creator’s ability to legally publish content. It does not replace moderation and does not give the right to publish prohibited or non-compliant content.
Verification process
Before fully accessing creator functions, a user may have to complete a verification process. This process may evolve depending on the public launch, the providers used, applicable obligations and the platform’s internal checks.
Confirmation of the creator’s identity according to the applicable procedure.
Verification of legal age before access to creator functions.
Review of the creator profile before public publication when necessary.
Possibility to request additional information or supporting documents.
Possible review in case of doubt, reporting or change of situation.
Possible removal or suspension of creator status in case of non-compliance with the rules.
Creator responsibility
Each creator remains responsible for the content they submit, publish or monetize on Noxvya. They must ensure that content respects the platform rules, the rights of visible people, copyright, consent and the legal age of the people concerned.
In case of doubt, Noxvya may request additional information, limit the visibility of content, refuse a publication or apply an administrative measure.
Continuous moderation
Verified creator status does not mean that all content is automatically accepted. Videos, images, descriptions, profiles and associated content remain subject to compliance, reporting and moderation rules.
A creator account may be limited, suspended or reviewed again if non-compliant content is published, if serious reports are received or if the information provided no longer makes it possible to maintain creator status.
Main creator obligations
Publish only authorized content that complies with Noxvya rules.
Make sure that all visible people are adults and consenting.
Have the necessary rights to distribute the videos, images, texts and associated elements.
Do not publish stolen, impersonated, non-consensual, illegal or prohibited content.
Respond to additional verification requests when the platform asks for them.
Respect moderation, takedown or suspension decisions made by administration.
Verified status and compliance
Verified creator status is an important check, but it does not constitute an absolute guarantee. Noxvya may review a profile again, request supporting documents, remove content, suspend a publication or deactivate an account when compliance, consent, legal age or publishing rights are called into question.
